Pricing Questions
Is the free plan free?
Yes, permanently, with no credit card. It covers one device, four slideshows and two users, and streams your PowerPoint content with a small watermark. Live-data slides and additional screens are paid features. AI Studio is free to try for 7 days, then part of paid plans; it is not part of the free plan itself.
What happens if I cancel or stop using my workspace?
If you cancel a paid plan, your workspace moves to the free plan and your screens keep playing. A free workspace that nobody uses for 12 months is paused after an email warning, and deleted 90 days later. Section 12 of the Terms of Service at infoslides.app/terms has the full timeline.
Is there a minimum number of screens?
No. Plans are priced per workspace with an included screen allowance, not per seat with a minimum commitment, so a single screen is a legitimate way to use InfoSlides.
Do I need to buy hardware as well?
Usually not. Any smart TV or browser-capable display pairs with a six-character code, and there are native apps for LG webOS and Android TV. Samsung TVs pair through the built-in browser today while the native Samsung app awaits store approval. Budget for hardware only if a screen has no browser at all.
Can I change plan or cancel later?
Yes, at any time and without a contract. Annual billing is discounted against monthly; switching between them takes effect from the next billing period.
