Pricing Questions
Is the free plan actually free?
Yes, permanently, with no credit card. It covers one device, four slideshows and two users, and streams your PowerPoint content with a small watermark. Live-data slides and additional screens are paid features.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your screens keep playing on the free plan's terms. Nothing is deleted, and you can subscribe at any point to restore the paid features.
Is there a minimum number of screens?
No. Plans are priced per workspace with an included screen allowance, not per seat with a minimum commitment, so a single screen is a legitimate way to use InfoSlides.
Do I need to buy hardware as well?
Usually not. Any smart TV or browser-capable display pairs with a six-digit code, and there are native Samsung and LG apps. Budget for hardware only if a screen has no browser at all.
Can I change plan or cancel later?
Yes, at any time and without a contract. Annual billing is discounted against monthly; switching between them takes effect from the next billing period.
