Do I need to buy special hardware for each screen?
No. Any smart TV or browser-capable display pairs with a six-character code, and there are native apps for LG webOS and Android TV. Samsung TVs pair through the built-in browser while the native Samsung app awaits store approval. Existing TVs in the lobby or corridors can usually be used as they are.
Can reception staff update a screen without IT help?
Yes. Content is managed from a browser, and you can give reception a login that only lets them change what is scheduled, not the workspace settings.
Can different screens show different things?
Each screen is scheduled independently, so the lobby, the restaurant and the conference floor can run different content, and each can change automatically through the day.
