Pick the output format per slideshow
Every slideshow page now has a Playback Mode panel. Keep the classic video stream, which any player can consume, or switch to HTML playback, where the screen cycles the rendered slides directly. HTML playback skips the video encode entirely, so a slideshow is ready to watch sooner and updates land faster.
A marker for which one is playing
The Devices list and each device page show the current slideshow with a short "(html)" or "(stream)" marker after its name, so you can tell what a screen is doing without opening the slideshow.
Direct stream links count as ON AIR
A stream opened straight from its link, in a browser tab, VLC or an IPTV box, used to be invisible in the dashboard. Watching a stream that way now shows up as ON AIR like any other screen.
Deleting a slideshow stops it everywhere
A deleted slideshow now disappears from every surface the moment a screen next checks in, including direct stream links and the API, instead of lingering until the old content was cleaned up.
What this means for you: the dashboard tells you what is really on your screens, and you decide how each slideshow gets there.
