On the Sources page, open Connect on a push source and click Create quick update link. The link opens a small page on a phone with large buttons for the numbers and choices on the slide, such as the headcount and how busy the gym is. Whoever has the link can update that one slide without logging in, and revoking its key turns the link off.
Occupancy board hides old numbers
A new gym occupancy board hides itself when no data has arrived for 30 minutes and comes back with the next update. You can change the time on the source.
What this means for you: the person at the front desk can keep a live board current from their phone, even when no other system sends the data.
