The Slideshows page is the central hub for managing your presentation content. Usually the slideshows are based on a PowerPoint file that has been uploaded and processed by InfoSlides into a stream-ready format. It is also possible to create a slideshow in the system from scratch. These slideshows can contain media (images and or video-clips) and dynamic slides. On top of that it is also an option to mark slideshows based on PowerPoint files as shared, but that opens up for the option to copy individual slides from one slideshow to another, which can be very handy.
Tasks you can perform on the Slideshows page:
- Browse all slideshows in your workspace
- Upload a new slideshow (PowerPoint file)
- Create new empty slideshow (in case you want media or dynamic slides to start with)
- Open a slideshow to view or edit its settings
- Delete slideshows you no longer need
Clicking a slideshow takes you to the slideshow details page.
Note that slideshows which are marked as deleted are permanently deleted 7 days later. Until then, they can be recovered from the Audit trail page (accessible by Tenant admins).
